Our Return Policy (effective 6/22/04) Most items may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the original order. We must RECEIVE the item within 21 days of when you PLACED your order. Items received after this date will be returned to the sender. We really mean this -- please do not ship items to us after your return window is up as they will be returned to you. This time frame allows you time to receive your order and return if necessary. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days and are received within a week of the order date. The items must be returned in brand new condition with all tags still attached and in original packaging (for items such as Petit Bateau, Mon Reve or Pazitos). Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled are not eligible for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for any damage that occurs to items after they have been worn or washed. Once we receive your return back at our store, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for to receive your store credit or for your credit card to be refunded.
RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN NUMBER BEFORE THEY WILL BE ACCEPTED. Please e-mail us at snapdragonsbaby@earthlink.net for a return number.
FULL PRICE items will receive either a refund to your credit card or may be exchanged. SALE PRICED items may be exchanged or recieve store credit for a future purchase. SUPER CLEARANCE AND 10-20-30 SALE ITEMS Items discounted more than 50% are considered final sales and cannot be returned. GIFTS Gift items may be returned. You may either exchange for a different item or receive a store credit. We can only refund the card of the original purchaser
Returns that receive free shipping: if your return causes your order total to fall below the free shipping amount, you will be charged a $7.95 shipping fee which will be deducted from your refund.
PAZITOS/BEBEMONDE/ELEPHANTITO SHOES RETURN POLICY Please read the following return policy for Pazitos, Elephantito and Bebemonde shoes. Pazitos, Elephantito and Bebemonde shoes are returnable for exchange or store credit only. We are happy to measure specific shoes or offer advice on how the shoes run. We are also very happy to exchange them for a different size if necessary. If we do not have the size you need in stock, we will be happy to issue you a store credit (which never expires and can be used for any merchandise).
We will not be able to issue refunds to your credit card for Pazitos, Elephantito and Bebemonde shoes. Unfortunately this is to prevent abuse of returns (i.e. ordering many pairs of shoes to see which fits best and returning all but one). This policy is intended to make sure we have the most sizes in stock for you and to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
